I stopped at Homan Ford in Ripon on Friday Oct. 4th to see if they could look at the driver side mirror on our Ford Escape which was not working. My wife needed to drive out of town the next day and I wanted to make sure she had a mirror that was functioning. As I walked into the garage I tripped on the lip of the cement and fell forward scraping both knees and my right arm. Two of the technicians, Steve and Jeff, immediately came to my aid, cleaned up and bandaged the scrapes, and said they would schedule a repair for the side mirror that same day to accommodate my wife's need for the car the car the next day. Casey in the service dept. made sure it was done before closing for the weekend. What wonderful personal service by a very helpful and professional crew at Homan Ford in Ripon!
