They even gave me a full parts list of all parts that had been repair or replaced! Worked with me on the trade in on my old clunker, Was super responsive too texts and calls, and kept me informed! I must say this was my best car experience in my whole entire life of driving. I mean Tim and the rest of the crew is supper super nice. I was in there this Tuesday, 23rd of July. I was actually in there from 10 am to 5 pm trying to straighten up my financing for the car. Tim was very patient with me and was very positive the whole entire time. I brought my boyfriend with me, and my BF is a talker. Tim politely communicated with him when my BF rambles about things such as talking about his views in regard to the Vice president. I felt like I got a really good deal on the car. CarMax was selling this car for 12,000 with 104,000 and this place was selling for 10,000 with 62,000. Thus, this was a really good deal. This place warranty is also affordable to. I am really impressed of how affordable the warranty really is. The car drives really smooth like a rental, too early to see if it is a reliable car. But I may say I will defiantly come back if I ever need another car.

Tim, his repair man, everyone on the Hometown Integrity Driven Motors team are a big help! Very home welcoming! Definitely respectful and made a HUGE leap to give me the best service. I drove out 2 hours to this place and got myself what I wanted! Got the vehicle on time, was very patient and had me test drive twice to make sure it was right! Even had past customers from outside the dealer explain on what a great choice I’ve made on coming to this dealer especially for the type of car I got! Thank you so much , I wouldn’t think any other dealership would’ve given me the best skillful service I’ve received! Double, triple checked everything for me and made sure I was in great hands! Absolutely amazing experience.  Tim and Chris are amazing.  I was searching for a service truck for my business and Chris found it.  Tim called me up told me what they had. Asked if I wanted to come into town to look at it (I live 3 hours away).  Told him I had not 1 but 2 trades.   Gave me very fair price on my trades.  Only left with a problem. How do I get 2 vehicles from 3 hours away to trade in.   Brought one. Took truck home and came back few days later with other trade.  Tim gave me a ride 3 hours to my house   Was extremely fair on the price. Worked with me on the financing side of things.    I was in town the other day and I stopped at the dealership. Their detail guy Keith recognized me. Asked me how I liked the truck. Told me if it needs a detail swing it on by n they would detail it .(for a small fee of course).  I met the mechanic everyone in Chapin talks about.  Guy named Squirell.   He is the smartest mechanic I have ever met (I own a mobile mechanics business myself ).  Cannot say enough good things about Tim and Chris and all the guys over at hometown.  My next purchase will be from them.
