I stopped by the dealership with less than an hour before closing time. My 2024 CR-V hit road debris on the way home that punctured the tire badly.  I took a chance that I could drop the car off.  The service advisor said sure pull the car in with maybe 20 minutes to close.
I really was treated with kindness and felt reassured that I stopped at Honda.  I told them to fix it when you can, I know other appointments are ahead of me.  However, early the next morning, I received a call.  They inspected the car already and gave me a very fair estimate to replace the tire.
The 5 Star review is just for Excellent Customer Service and Follow thru.  Great Service Department!  Thank You!

I was very happy for the quality of service and the prices for the services for over 12 years.
