Visited a while back to get my Honda's stereo system reset. Unfortunately, the service dept was closed. But a kind, great salesman, Cody, helped me fix my stereo (even though it was far off his JD)!!! His kindness and willingness to step outside his JD for a moment to help me out, saved me a 30 minute drive back to Honda!

I ran into a problem that had me so stressed. I needed assistance with getting something under my car fixed and no one could help me. I called into to speak to a manager and was connected with Ed Price. I have been in Georgia for 3 years and in those years I have never met someone so helpful. Thanks to Ed I was able to come in the next day and have my car serviced. Ed is not just a manager he is a person with an amazing heart who understands the core values of customer service. Brought my car in for a recall this morning and am just blown away by how kind and genuine the service is.  Every person I interacted with was hospitable and attentive in their assistance. Might find random reasons to need service here, it was that welcoming.

Ok so the first thing that made me really happy was the treatment. I am a 22 year old Hispanic female that happens to look 17 to most people.  On top of it my appointment with the service department was at 7:30 a.m. so I honestly looked like a bum because I’m used to waking up closer to 10 lol. Ky was not at all rude and didn’t start down talking me the minute I walked in because I’m a girl. He was extremely energetic and just seemed happy and nice. THAT IS VERY VERY RARE FOR A CAR PLACE TO DO FOR SOME REASON . I highly appreciated it. Will be back next week to buy a car for my fiancé due to this. Waaaaaay better than carmax.
