I was terrified of buying a new car… haggling over the sale price and spending 8 hours at the dealership… I had the BEST experience buying my car at Kirkland Honda!  From the moment I submitted an online interest form, Zach reached out to me very quickly and started asking me what I was looking for. I told him I didn’t want to waste time, I needed their bottom line pricing, and I didn’t want to buy extra coverages and services.  He was very respectful and patient!  He gave me the sale price, he did not try to take advantage of me not one time!  When I went in, he had everything ready, I signed a few papers, drove my car and then I was taken back to the finance manager very quickly!  Justin in Finance was very kind, did not pressure me, explained all of the coverage options and did not try to sell me all of the extra “things” that I asked them not to.  The whole process took 2 hours and I could not have been more surprised or pleased!  I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!!

I purchased a Honda CRV Hybrid in May 24.  My overall experience with the team here like Sid, MJ and Justis was very good.  They answered all my questions patiently and apparently gave me a good price too.  They are bit firm on the price but I believe that if the price is right,  being firm is also acceptable.  As an international expat, they got me credit and lease very fast and at good rates.  I will highly recommend them.

We met with Sid the salesman and Jay the manager to negotiate the Honda civic sedan touring car. He was very firm with the price in the beginning but in the end we got the OTD prices w/o any accessaries. They are going to do the detail and clean the car before hand it to me. Pretty good experience overall.

One aspect we wanted to mention was around the proactive communication from the dealership. The car we wanted wasn't immediately available, but Polo regularly kept us updated on its arrival date and the possibility of pickup, showing great level of transparency and dedication in keeping customers informed.

I bought a Honda CRV on Memorial Day weekend. My salesman was Scott Mortara and financial manager, Barbara Gilley. My whole experience purchasing this car was so easy and stress-free. Never did I feel pressure or urgency to purchase a vehicle. I am extremely pleased with my new CRV and Scott and Barbara made the whole process so easy and pleasant.
