I recently went to Honda in Milford to figure out my options since my lease was ending on my 2021 Honda  Pilot. I could not have had a better experience. I met with both Richard Craven , Senior Sales Consultant, and Keith Knuffke in Finance and Insurance. Both men took the time and patience to sit with me on multiple occasions in the course of two days. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy or lease anything, they simply explained all of my options . They went above and beyond by answering all of my questions in person, through text and over the phone. I could not say enough about how positive my experience was at Honda Milford. These men took the time to walk through everything with me and I greatly appreciate it. My loyalty will continue to be with Honda Milford, thanks to these two fantastic employees! From the minute we stepped into Honda of Milford, our experience was positive. We made an appointment to test drive 2 or 3 vehicles, and within minutes of our scheduled arrival, we were greeted by Frank, one of the sales staff. Frank was an absolute pleasure. He was friendly, laid back, and was able to answer all of our questions. We were upfront with Frank about the fact that we were investigating multiple car brands, which he completely understood. We REALLY appreciated Frank's no-pressure attitude. After test driving a beautiful, brand new Pilot Trailsport, we left the dealership to continue our process of test-driving other cars, and narrowing our choices. Two weeks later we called Frank to let him know we were interested in purchasing the Pilot. Once again, Frank was easy to work with, and it was our pleasure to give him our business.  Financing paperwork was handled by Keith. Both Frank and Keith were straight shooters. We never once felt they were trying to "sneak costs in" or sell us something we didn't want or need. The process of purchasing was quick and easy. Before driving off, we also purchased a few accessories from the parts department, and the gentlemen behind the counter were equally as friendly, professional and helpful. Can't say enough about our positive experience at Honda of Milford. Would highly recommend!

What a pleasure it has been buying a vehicle from Honda of Milford.  We started with Frank who was so patient and answered all our questions, showed us exactly what we asked to see and did not push to upgrade or sell something more.  We came back the next day and Frank was not there but he made sure Eris knew we were coming.  Eris took over and he was as professional and pleasant as Frank.  We decided we were going to buy.  The process was easy.  Keith and Steve in finance were just as patient.  They were very thorough with the paperwork and patient with all our questions.  This is the second car our family has purchased in the last three years and the service was consistent.  Thank you to the whole Honda Team!!  We'll be back.

Manny, our sales rep, went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t wasting our time driving the 2+ hours to the dealership and ensuring everything was taken care of.
