I called in looking for a 2024 Honda Civic Touring to commute in. Ricky the Internet Director answered the phone and helped me. He was very courteous, and prompt. He referred me to Brian who wrapped up the deal. Brian is very professional and showed me all the neat tricks on how to use my brand new car. He knows his stuff. Even when I had many questions on the financing and paperwork Charlie the Finance Manager took the time to make sure I understood everything. He recommended I keep my vehicle maintained properly with an upgraded Maintenence Package which I took advantage of. Also, with all the latest electronics in the vehicle, I took Charlie's recommendation and purchased the extended warranty. I don't want any unexpected repairs because I know it can get expensive. I had an appointment in the morning and was taken care of right away by Delleon (sales). Daniel, the GM, supported the transaction by welcoming my budget and wants (white civic touring with black leather and accessories). They even went to Hayward to personally pick up the car for me as it wasn’t in stock at Oakland. Overall, the transaction took about 3 hours total, which is great. ????

My nine year old son and I just finished buying a 2025 Honda Pilot for mom's birthday, and I'd just like to thank our salesperson, Robert, and the entire staff, for making a slightly-scary big-ticket purchase into an incredibly fun experience for my son and me.  Zero-pressure on the showroom floor.  Every fact about the vehicle and the service warranty was explained. All of my many (many) questions were answered patiently and carefully.  All financing options were spelled out to us in clear and concise detail.  We were treated like honored guests, and my son was even allowed to sit in (and touch!) some very cool sportscars while dad did the paperwork on the new SUV.
