We purchased a Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek from Horace Nissan in Farmington, NM. Our sales person Josh Atencio was honest, patient, and thoughtful. He answered every question we had and between Josh, the Finance expert, and the General Manager Glenn Gent, they made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted. When we picked up our new car on Friday, December 29, 2023, A lot of the staff came out to congratulate us and seemed genuinely happy for us. Additionally, Josh was on vacation that day, but went out of his way to come in to the store to get us into our vehicle and off on our way home. We initially went to Horace last summer to just see what was going on there, knowing we were either going to buy a Nissan or a Toyota. We spoke briefly with Josh, he gave us his card, but I knew he was the person who I wanted to work with to get a Pathfinder. Again. Great job Horace.
