My office staff and I decided to take all our cars in to get detailed. Paid a good price expecting great results. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the outcome. We all decided to reach out to the owner. The owner apologized and offered to make things right. (We are all human and aren’t perfect- I get that...this particular day our cars were getting detailed the owner was having his baby delivered) (Congratulations on your new arrival!) The owner came to our office the next day to look at our vehicles. He understood why we were dissatisfied. He scheduled for our cars the following business day to get re-done. Wow! He showed up on his word. Our cars look fabulous!!!

Hot City auto spa is absolutely amazing!

I started bringing one of my cars here about a year and a half ago. Now I bring all of my cars and my families cars here for details.

We all have dogs and our cars suffer the consequences. Brandon and the rest of the crew make everything look and smell brand new every time and Stefano makes us feel right at home while we wait. It’s always friendly service and a nice environment.
