I literally stopped by to sit in a Honda Passport they had on the lot as a trade in with NO intention in buying. After spending a couple of hours with Jeremy Thompson, we put a hold deposit on a bright red (my favorite car color) 2022 Honda Passport and drove it home 3 days later!

Hubler was the third Acura dealership I'd gotten in touch with to get my new Integra, and it was absolutely the correct choice. The first two threw out a variety of red flags; overly aggressive sales people, mandatory "extras", the usual tricks.

By contrast, I didn't have a single issue or difficulty in my experience with Hubler. The sales rep I worked with, Tristan Sitterding, was fantastic; professional, personable, knowledgeable, FANTASTICALLY transparent, and an excellent communicator. He got a clear understanding of what I wanted, and helped field all of the questions I had along the way. I'd absolutely recommend working with him when you get the chance.

The purchasing experience was equally smooth. No attempted up-sells, no hidden gotchas, no dealer adjustments, just the car I wanted with the add-ons I'd requested for MSRP. I can't imagine how the process could have been any more straightforward.
