I just wanted to praise the sales representative my wife and I worked with, Tim W. Tim came over from Nissan on Wednesday evening after the Hyundai representatives had all gone home for the day and was amazing.

Tim worked with manager Phil and I Wednesday for over an hour. He then worked with my wife Thursday for hours as well. Then all day Friday texting and calling back and forth to finalize numbers with another manager Mike, who honestly was probably sick of us by the end of the day, but Tim never made us feel like we were an inconvenience or asking too many questions.

Tim made sure we knew all the documents we would need to bring with us to qualify for discounts (I am a recent graduate and am in the Army). As well as explaining the credit check website, getting the loan information for our trades, licenses, registrations, and insurance. He even did a three way call with our insurance company to assist getting the insurance squared away. This made the process so smooth and quick when we went to sign and pick up our new vehicles. Tim even helped us move car seats from our old vehicles to the new.

We both came home with new cars. Tim really went above and beyond for my family and I’m sure he will with every customer he works with.

Great service, I was early for the appt, and they had me pull in right away.  Vending on site for drinks and snacks was really nice.

The only drawback there was is that a couple of days later, I received an email saying my car,  that I brought in, needed service.   So, if anything,  I hope this glitch gets worked out.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at Burdick Hyundai in Cicero and it was the most delightful experience I ever had at a dealership. Both the Sales and Service departments seemed on top of their game! The facility appeared organized and clean, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Everyone there had a smile on their face and I felt the presence of a warm welcome. The gentleman (Andrew Bruns) that handled my purchase was by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in the 45 years of buying vehicles. He was very kind, personable, considerate and proficient. I was amazed at how he made the process smooth as butter without the usual hassle, pressure or stress. If anyone asked me where there's a great place to buy a nice vehicle, I'm sending them to Burdick Hyundai in Cicero, NY. Thank you all for all you do!!

Burdick Hyundai Service is Awesome! After a horrible experience at Matthews Hyundai, where I bought my vehicle, I was recommended to take it here for the problem that was not fixed at Matthews. Service Advisor Anthony Nicotra really made the difference in my visit. He kept me informed every step of the way, and I did not feel like I was just getting blown off like I did at Matthews. When it is time to trade in my Hyundai for a brand new one, Burdick will also get my business going forward.
