I found a pre owned car they had listed online. We discussed it several times over the course of a month or so. They were great to deal with. They sent me a full video walk around of the car before I even drove the 4 hours to see it.
Cross was great to deal with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. To help with my paper work was Lisa. We discussed extended warranties in depth. She knows her stuff and never was pushy.
Finally, got the time to go pick it up, and everyone was great.
They pulled the car up and noticed a few flaws when I was told it was flawless. I addressed the issues to Cross, and he took care of it. Without arguing or getting upset.
Probably the easiest and one of the best car buying experiences I have ever recieved.

We had visited the dealership in Jan 2024 but were unable to get the deal we were wanting on a new 2024 Kona Limited. We planned to wait till Aug 2024 in hopes of getting a better deal. Out of the blue, Jason texted us in early April with a very good offer on a 2024 in stocks Kona Limited in a color we liked. We went in and reviewed the car and the trade-in offer which was fair. We ended up purchasing the Kona and paying a few thousand in cash along with a great deal on the 10 yr, 100,000 mile ultimate warranty that includes electronics. Lisa, who handled the paperwork and warranty was excellent and finalized the transaction very quickly. Like Jason, she was professional and personable. The whole experience was one of the two best experiences I have had at a car dealership. Not pushy at all. I highly recommend them.

Service writer was friendly and one recall issue was taken care of while they other required ordering parts which means a return trip. I would have thought parts needed for recall would be in stock to eliminate the need for a return trip, that requires me to take time off from work
