Decided on a new vehicle, so I dropped in to see what was on the lot. After stopping in Lebanon & not being approached by anyone, I went to Cookeville. A salesman greeted me, asked me a few questions then took me directly to a vehicle. I left after asking a few questions & no followup contact was made that day, allowing me ample time to think & discuss this with my hubby.  Once we returned to the lot the next day, we were able to test drive & complete our purchase in under 4 hours. Alec has extensive knowledge about these vehicles, being able to answer any question verbally and physically showing you.  Extended warranties were offered in the Finance office, but no heavy handed pressure occurred.  Our car was clean & full of gas upon delivery.
