A decade ago I purchased my Tucson from Hyundai of Cottonwood... great SUV.  Over the years I have been SO pleased with "Miss Rose" and the great mechanics in the  service department.
I am currently searching for another vehicle...a truck.  I want to give kudos to Charyl who is guiding me on this journey.  She is very knowledgeable and patient as I pepper her with questions. Update...in this review I neglected to mention a. very important person in the service department because I didn't know his name.. Michael Atchison, Service Manager.  I just purchased all new tires for my aging Tucson. Michael was so thorough in explaining all of my options... without pressure to buy the most expensive.  His advice was so considerate of my situation as a senior citizen whose driving is now only local.  He and his mechanics take very good care of me and my Tucson.  Thank you Michael!
