I needed a new vehicle and shopping for one is about my least favorite thing to do. I wanted to do as much from home as I could so I went online to secure my financing before I even went to the dealership. The finance company had a search feature on the app so I used it to view available vehicles in the area. I found a few I liked at Hyundai of Silsbee so I headed there first. The salesperson that helped me was Jessi. I told her what I wanted to see and she brought it right over. I drove it. Liked it. Wanted to buy it. She offered to show me a few more but that wasn’t necessary. I gave her my financial info and she was able to easily pull it, but got me a better rate through Rave saving me money. She made sure the vehicle was clean, had gas, and was ready to go in record time. Jessi was great to deal with and everyone else there was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dealership and Jessi!
