I recently got a vehicle from them and dealt with both Carlos and others. While it may be a smaller dealership, the personal attention is EXCELLENT. I didn't AT ALL have to play the game of the fake "well let me see if I can get a better deal" nonsense that EVERY major dealership I have dealt with in the past does. I personally despise that ludicrous waste of time. These guys paid attention to every step, moved forward quickly with all checks and approvals that came in and never made me feel ignored or like I was wasting time. The personal attention and FULL clarity on pricing and financing options was appreciated right down to showing me their computer screens. Carlos and the entire staff were jovial and made me feel like I came to the right place to escape the large dealership cat and mouse game and I walked away with a great vehicle even with a lower credit score but with an option to refinance within a year and no excess finance charges if I pay off earlier. Go HERE if you like me can't stand the fake "let me go to the back and chit chat while I get a slightly better deal to wear the customer down" nonsense you'll get from the bigger guys!
