I had a great experience here with my purchase of a new to me truck. The pricing was fair and I feel they treated me well on my trade-in. My salesman Marc was new, but did a great job selling the truck. Sam, the salesman that was assisting Marc, was also great to work with. Chris, in finance was super fast and got me in and out in no time. All-in-all a great experience at the Reidsville Impex! The staff is professional and treated me well. I was headed home in less than 2 hours, which has NEVER happened with me at any other dealership. When it comes time for my wife to buy, we will stop here first!

My husband and I went this past week in regards to a 2020 Ford Explorer. Let me just start by saying Sam was wonderful! We went looking for this specific vehicle and we loved that he didn’t push us to look at anything we didn’t want. He also didn’t hover over us until we had questions, was personable, down to earth, and more than efficient!  I personally appreciate a salesman that isn’t all “business” and talks to me like I’m a normal person. Chris was warm, friendly, and so inviting. Considering we were there on a Friday after regular work hours (and a gloomy one at that), you would think they would be frustrated with having to be there but they weren’t - instead they made kind conversation and just thanked us for shopping with them and for choosing their dealership. You could tell they meant it, and that goes a long way in my opinion! Allen in the finance department was very gentle, kind, organized, and made the paperwork signing a flawless process. I have done this a couple times before and this has by far been the easiest process.

Not only did Sam immediately send me his contact info for any questions I might have after (it was a Friday after all) he checked in and followed up with us the next day, and genuinely thanked us for our business - as did Chris while we were there. Again, BY FAR the BEST group of guys we could have worked with and couldn’t have asked for a better deal and better encounter! 10/10 stars to Impex in Reidsville!
