This place continues to impress me. I recently brought my car in for a steering wheel encoder issue, and the entire Principle team in Boerne delivered exceptional service from start to finish. James, the manager I first spoke with, made everything clear and easy before I even arrived. Once I got there, Faylin took excellent care of me—professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Alexandria handled my loaner car right away, making the whole process seamless.

I’ll admit, I was enjoying the loaner car, but the repair was finished in just a couple of hours. Faylin notified me immediately, and when I returned to pick up my vehicle, everything went perfectly smooth. The team worked together flawlessly, and I left as a genuinely satisfied customer.
