Bought a '22 Q50 Sensory this week and it was such a great experience. Jorge, Mia, Jeff and the rest of the team treated us really well and not once did we ever get that "car salesman" pressure about anything. This operation clearly does business by being genuine, honesty, and friendly. They gave me a great deal and I walked out very happy.

The facility is beautiful with lots of amenities including a play area for your kids and some really nice modern bathrooms. The best part is the coffee though!

Pro tip: These guys aren't playing around when it comes to coffee. They have some serious equipment on site. Don't say no when they offer you something. Get a cortadito and prepare yourself for one of the best cups of coffee you'll ever have. I'm not exaggerating!

I recently visited Infinity of Coral Gables last Saturday and unexpectedly found myself driving home in a 2021 Tesla Model Y. While I hadn't planned on making a purchase that day, I ended up getting a deal that I couldn't pass up. My experience at Infinity of Coral Gables was unparalleled, thanks to the outstanding service provided by three remarkable individuals.

Upon our arrival at Infinity of Coral Gables, we were greeted by Tiffany, who works in their Finance Department. Not only did she take the time to speak with me and my fiance, but she also walked us around the entire dealership, sharing with us her hobbies, passions, and stories of all the dogs she has rescued over the years.

Tiffany then introduced us to Daniel, who turned out to be the perfect salesperson. He took us on a test drive without the usual pressure of rushing back to the dealership and buying the car. He actually asked us questions to ensure the car would fit our needs and if it was what we were looking for that day.

Daniel and Tiffany then introduced us to Roberto, who helped finalize negotiations on the car. Roberto not only got us a great deal on the car but also helped get a small chip on the car's paint fixed at no additional cost to us. I can't find better words than to say he was a lifesaver.

Not only did I find the perfect car for my fiance and me, but we also received a private performance of the song Your Man by Daniel, our salesperson at Infinity of Coral Gables.

Even though we had a small issue related to charging of the vehicle upon delivery of the car last Thursday. Infiniti of Coral Gables had an employee who stood out during this interaction as he went above and beyond for my fiance and I. Sam Bono not only did all the detailing work on the paint of my new Model Y (Which Came out PERFECT), but he also stayed nearly 2 hours after the dealership was closed to make sure that we had an Uber paid by Infiniti to get us home as my car was not charged enough to return us home. Sam was amazing as he attempted to troubleshoot the vehicle, charge it, and help us be on our merry way. Even though we did not take the car home that day Infiniti of Coral Gables had it delivered within 24 Hours at our doorstep, which is honestly the second best thing.

In summary, the employees of Infinity of Coral Gables made this experience one that I will never forget. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of quality vehicles and exceptional customer care.
