I am posting an update to the last repair done by the Ft. Wayne Infiniti dealer was less than professional. On a ~$2k repair they had to take apart the front end with the radiator, hoses, brackets.  That part seemed to be performed well with no issues. When they reassembled the front end, they must've used the incorrect bolts, placing too long of a bolt in the hood latch mechanism and stopping it from releasing. I spent 4+ hours disassembling/reassembling the front wheel wells, on my back, to eventually release the hood and then investigate why it did not work as it should = the longer bolt. When I alerted Infiniti, on 2 different occasions, they promised they would look into it both times and they never returned my call I finally gave up. Was very disappointed after a bill for a couple thousand dollars in repairs. And their lack of calling back to make it right was highly disappointing. Not a professional job and poor customer service engagement. Will take car to a mom-n-pop location next time as I 'thought there was value' in going to a certified Infiniti shop - but was mistaken.

Jen in Infiniti service area was great. Believe it was David who navigated the repair issues.  She helped me navigate repairs to daughters G37X while I am in IL.  They ran the diagnostic exam, found items (different than I had guessed), shared photos, repaired and communicated along the way.  Scheduling was effortless, suggestion for wrecker, final billing explanation all top notch.
