I wish I could give the staff at Infiniti of Syracuse 10 stars!! I had been an Acura MDX driver for the last 3 years.  My lease came up and I figured I would get another Acura MDX.  I started at the Acura dealership and was not feeling that was the right fit for me at the time.  My husband and I went across the street to Infiniti of Syracuse and walked right in and felt so welcome!  We were greeted by everyone that we walked by right away with a smile and "Welcome to Infiniti."  My husband and I met with sales consultant John Hanmer.  He patiently listened to my wants and needs to figure out the best car for me.  He immediately found my husband and I an Infiniti QX60 to test drive.  He went through the car with us with extreme detail and sent us on our way.  We returned and he answered more of our questions.  He was so pleasant!  We had not been able to make a decision right away and told John we would be in touch.  As we were leaving the sales Manager Jon Lattari introduced himself and thanked us for stopping into Infiniti and if we had any more questions.  He listened to my concerns about the lease price of the Infiniti QX60 vs the lease price of the Acura MDX.  He ran numbers for us again.  He offered us his cell phone number and said to reach out anytime if we had more questions.  He even introduced us to the service Manager Jason Bagozzi who would take care of my car while it was in service.  We decided that the QX60 was going to be my new car and it was the best decision I made!  We met with Leon Zurro who was extremely informative and went over the lease in great detail.  Then we met with David Dwyer who spent over an hour with me in the car going through every detail the car has to offer and set all my features to my liking!  From beginning to end- the Infiniti of Syracuse TEAM was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.  I even called to speak with Jon the day before I was scheduled to pick up the car to see if I can pick it up one day early.  The lady that answered the phone at 9am was so pleasant.  She asked me who she had the pleasure of speaking with- I believe that was Alyssa White.
I am a Realtor and I pride myself on customer service.  All of my business comes to me from my past clients who refer their family and friends to me.  That is how I feel about Infiniti of Syracuse- EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!  And I absolutely LOVE my new QX60 & proud to be part of the Infiniti family!
