Not only was he very informative and kind - but he was able to provide me any vehicle and sales information i requested to assure that the transaction was transparent and clear to me.
I greatly recommend asking for him and allowing him to help you buy your next vehicle. As a whole - the buying process is marred with anxiety and hesitation from many of us.
