Phil Burns is consistently helpful and clearly possesses a wealth of experience. Their honesty and down-to-earth approach really make it feel like dealing with family. I definitely plan to return when I'm next in the market for a vehicle. The assurance of a 90-day or 4,500-mile warranty included with the purchase price provided a comforting sense of security. Was dealing with engine issues for months with my local mechanic and finally found Jimi. We both wish I would have found him first because I would have saved time, money and sanity. He was able to start addressing some of the issues immediately. He kept me updated and communicated with me so there were no surprises.
