Andrew was professional and kind. A real handshake, on time, knowledgeable. He even noticed a fan running that shouldn’t have been. I knew I heard something abnormal and normally elsewhere, I’m told I’m sensitive to sound and it’s “normal” when we all know it’s not…

I purchased a 2017 cadillac escalade from Integrity. I thought that the DVD player was a finger swipe. It turned out to be a light up eject button but the DVD switch was faulty. I bought the extended warranty but it doesn't kick in for 30 days. I called my salesman, Kenny Louis, and he paid for the repairs out of pocket. This is going the extra mile I'm my book and I would definitely buy from Integrity Cadillac again. The sales and service staff went above and beyond to make this right
