I have been servicing my 4-Runner at Irwin since I bought it there.  Making service appointments online is super easy.  Communication is stellar - before, during and after all appointments.  Brandon is thorough in explaining costs and time frames throughout the process.  The waiting area is comfortable and has wifi and power so I can get work done while waiting. Time estimates are on target.  The service department provides in time video of servicing my car so I can see what they are doing and why.  I recommend Irwin Toyota for servicing!

After purchasing my brand new Toyota Corolla Cross from Irwin this past weekend, I can say that everyone was right. Mark Faro, who sold me the car, was incredibly nice and easy to work with.
