As a first time car buyer (ford focus), going to the dealership, especially as an unexperienced buyer, was/is super intimidating. Jamie was able to walk through the step by step process of how purchasing a car through his company worked and was completely open and honest about everything. He took a very complicated process and made it easy, it also didn't take 5 hours! He took care of everything which eliminated the stress and anxiety of all the other parts of buying a new car.
