Such a great buying experience! The manager, Tim, helped me out so much with buying my son his first vehicle.  Process didn’t take long at all and made me feel completely at ease. The business manager, Randy, had everything ready for me to come in and sign so the process was pretty seamless. Definitely a 5 out of 5 star process. Will be purchasing again. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience thanks to my salesman Ryan Gholston. I purchased a car for my oldest daughter and ended up going back only a few months later to purchase a car for my youngest daughter as well. I contacted Ryan and told him what I wanted and what I could afford and he handled the rest. He didn’t judge me or my past circumstances. He worked with me and kept me well informed about everything. He didn’t just try to put me in a car that wouldn’t work for me financially but he actually listened and cared about my needs and my concerns. During both experiences he was very professional and knowledgeable about the car buying process. Although, my daughters didn’t get exactly what they wanted they got nice dependable cars that they can afford and love. Should I ever need another car, I will definitely go back there. All of the Staff I encountered was friendly but I definitely have to recommend Ryan Gholston he’s the best.

My experience was great Latiera was really nice.  She was looking for my vehicle in the rain. She worked with me 3 days patiently til I was able to get there to get the vehicle. The other staff also was nice . I will definitely refer my family and friends to Jack Ingram.
