Extremely impressed with the customer service & care my husband tim & I received from John kowalsky. John was extremely patient and helpful throughout the stressful car buying process. I was not in the mood to buy a car. I did not want to deal with it. I was in a hurry because I had been without a car for a couple weeks . John was kind enough to come pick me up. He let me test drive as many cars as I wanted. He let me take my time, inspecting every inch of every car. He never acted annoyed or like I was wasting his time. He wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. He made everything as easy as possible. I recommend him 100%! It’s been around a month and I love my Mercedes !

When their title system went down, Eric sent us home with the car, then came to our house later with the paperwork so we wouldn't have to make another trip into Montgomery. Great experience.  We flew in from Texas so the car was basically already sold. Prior to our arrival, the sales manager saw some damage to the front bumper clear coat and had it repaired even though it was already sold. Great integrity and good sales experience.
