Over my lifetime, I have been fortunate to purchase multiple vehicles from multiple dealerships, and my recent experience at Jacobs Mitsubishi in New Port Richey, FL was by far the most incredible. I have been trying to purchase a BMW i8 roadster for some time now. I saw that Jacobs Mitsubishi received one in stock and contacted the dealership during closing hours. Jason Heard is the one that answered my call and despite the dealership closing, he remained on the phone with me until all my questions were answered. Pictures were not updated on the website, as this was a newly acquired vehicle, and he made sure to provide me with several pictures and videos, going over the car in detail prior to my arriving to the dealership the following morning. The following day, the car had been detailed and ready for my viewing. I was greeted with respect by the GM and the entire staff. During my purchasing of the car, I was treated like a lifetime customer and friend, and never felt pressured into buying. They worked as a team to accommodate me with all my requests and answered all my questions. The purchase was the smoothest and easiest transaction I have ever experienced. Jason Heard continued to keep in touch with me following my purchase and has been easily and readily available when needed. I have a hard time putting into words how impressed I am with Jason and the rest of the staff at Jacobs Mitsubishi. I told them then and will mention it again, Jacobs Mitsubishi gained a lifetime customer. Thank you again!!

I have to say I’m 48yo so I’ve bought my share of cars and have been to my share of dealerships. Some small and some big, however this has been the best thus far. Had been dealing with Mario via email and after the original car I wanted was sold prior to me being able to get there but he was persistent and diligent in finding another one I may like. His responsiveness was above and beyond responding to emails even at 10pm. Finally able to get there, Mr. Obi stepped up and was literally running around the dealership to show me the vehicles I was interested in and get the deal done, even staying after hours until everything was all said and done. He was knowledgeable and straight forward but also willing to adjust and meet my needs and wants. Michael in finance was great as well waiting for my bank to decide to let me use my money. The limit on my card wouldn’t allow him to run it but after I made several phone calls, which he had to wait through, finally everything was able to process. He had serious patience and never stopped working even though we were there pretty late. All in all everyone there was really nice, very clean place, good selection of cars and honest and straight forward. Definitely a recommend…
