This past week, I bought my RAV4 at Jaffarian. The process was super painless, and stress free. My salesman, Alfredo, was patient, understanding, and truly understood what we were looking for. I brought my daughter with me, and he was very good in having her feel included in the decision making too! Alfredo made sure to show me all the features of the vehicle, how everything ran, and checked in once I had the vehicle to make sure I didn’t have any further concerns.  He did such a great job! He also made sure that I felt safe with this decision as it is my first car in ten years, and for a mom, that it was the best decision for my daughter to be safe in too! Narek in sales did a great job with making sure we understood all the details of the car, all the different packages etc. that process went very smooth, with a lot of laughs.  Both these gentlemen could not have treated us any better. We are so thankful for all they did for us! Alfredo also treated my daughter to a piece of candy, which is an A+ in our book ??
