The service writer was friendly and assured us they knew we were waiting and would expedite the service.

The car came out clean and the valet made sure we were plugged into a high speed charger so we could make the return trip to home.

I have an older vehicle and Jaguar maintenance is very expensive. It would help if the service department could offer more coupons and discounts on service each year.
