We purchased our Jaguar F Pace from Jaguar Las Vegas about five years ago.  We love the smooth ride and all the room inside.  The service from Jaguar Las Vegas for “service updates” and routine oil changes has always been prompt and courteous.  Our recent interaction with service advisor Richard Ruiz was excellent.  We will definitely purchase our next vehicle there as well.

Huge shout out to my service advisor Malisa. Although current circumstance caused my car to be in for 6 weeks, through it all she kept me up to date and handled the unprecedented situation with poise and professionalism and when needed was able to get me into a boujee loaner. The best customer service hands down! Walking in, I was greeted by the receptionist and then Glen. This was the 1st vehicle purchase I made and Glen helped it be a great experience and surprised me with a beautiful bow when I picked up my new black beauty. I was very pleased with his prompt attention.
