I took my Jaguar in for service last week, and it was such a pleasure to have Matt back, as well as some of the other people I have known at Marin Jaguar for years.  It was nice to have the same kind of warm and friendly people at Jaguar that have been there in the past.  I missed that.  And the ladies were given flowers for Valentine's Day.  What a nice treat. Updating my review: While I think everything said in my original review below was accurate, the staff was responsive to my issues (post-review) and frankly - I think they are just overworked. Nancy was great to deal with and they managed to get me squared away quickly and I'm back to having an absolutely stunning car to rocket around in.

Old Review: My initial experience was good, especially in comparison to Stevens Creek Jaguar. Brought my car in for a check engine light and had the catalytic converters replaced under warranty. A day later, the car started making a horrible sound when accelerating. I replied back to the text asking how the car was, reported the issue and asked if there was maybe something loose, and Tyler said he would into it and let me know. I tried texting back and never got a reply. I parked the car since it doesn't feel up to driving any long distances. When I called to talk to the service department, I got a voicemail box during business hours. I left a message and never got a callback. It seems like a simple issue to take care of but the website only shows appointments a couple weeks out. Like pulling teeth trying to get service and I don't have time for it.
