Val in the service department was exceptional in terms of communication. They promptly responded to text messages, provided payment options through email links, and the loaner vehicle, the Defender, while our car was being serviced was amazing. The vehicle was serviced within two days. Exceptional service does come at a price, as is the case with most things. Eddie, our sales representative, is excellent. We are currently waiting for a new car that we have ordered, and he has been very knowledgeable and not pushy. He has displayed great patience with us.
