We drove from Texas to Michigan to visit a friend who had terminal cancer.
Due to concerns about our Range Rover,  we came to the Troy dealership for repairs which took over 2 weeks.
Since we couldn't get a loaner,  we had to get a rental car in order to get to and from the hospital.
Kristian did outstanding addressing our concerns,  contacting insurance companies,   keeping us informed and trying to get work done quickly.
During this time our friend passed away.
Kristian kept us informed at every step so we could focus on helping our friends family.
That really meant allot to know he cared and he was getting the repairs taken care of quickly.
I would definitely recommend him and this dealership after this experience.
We leave for Texas on Sunday after the funeral on Saturday,  April 6th.

Have a 2019 Jaguar iPace. Thankfully, it’s been great and haven’t needed much service. Recently had a recall notice for a battery update. Jeffrey was my service advisor. He was great. He told me it would be a hour or two and they had me out of there in less than two. Everyone was polite and helpful.
