30k service was an amazing and pleasant experience we come from Madison for service.  Scott took wonderful care of my little Instagram famous crosstrek.  The techs have crazy credentials on going advanced training.  They are humble but listen to the word of mouth, top boss skills.

Shout out to Seth, the service advisor. Great customer service provided! Had a significant preventative maintenance and for one of the items initially proposed, saw everything was aligned so did not perform the service saving me some money. The report was significant and thorough. Was over 3 hours but able to get lunch and do shopping within walking distance.

We had issues with the front brakes on my 2014 Subaru Forester when traveling 350 miles from home on a Friday afternoon.  I called Janesville Subaru and they were able to schedule me for an early AM appointment the following Monday.  That was all fine and good but we were in the area for a birthday party and we would need a vehicle to travel from our lodging location to the party, etc.  They were kind enough to set me up with a loaner for the weekend.  I can’t say enough for all they did to get us back on the road Monday before noon, especially the kindness shown by Seth in service. Thank you Janesville Subaru!!
