Bought a car from out of state and the entire process was seamless. All paperwork was done online and in a timely manner. I want to give a major shout out to Dustin who works in internet sales. I reached out to him after viewing the vehicle online back in DECEMBER. Although it was near the holidays he was incredibly patient and went out his way to answer all my questions.  He even sent me more photos. At the time I was undecided but ultimately in MARCH i reached back out to proceed. And even though it had been months, Dustin was still just as polite as during our first interaction back in December. I was worried he may not take me as a serious buyer since it had been so long but I was wrong.
Once we got the numbers finalized with the actual salesman i was put in contact with Mario the finance manager and he was a breath of fresh air. Each time he called to update me on my loan application, we laughed and had a great chat. In the end, he even got me a lower interest rate than what the salesman quoted.
Overall, Dustin was an amazing first point of contact even though he’s not an salesman-He should be :)
And Mario was patient and relatable. Car arrived to me on expected delivery date and I would purchase again

My experience with Jeff Schmitt Cadillac was nothing less than great! My vehicle had some issues while traveling. I had no choice but to stop at the dealership. In short my car could not be driven home to Georgia. The service department went above and beyond to make sure I have a vehicle to make it home safely in. My car was repaired within 4 days and deliver to my home! This is by far the best experience I have ever had with any dealership service department. Live 2+ hours away & were under a tight deadline. JP, the sales manager, was understanding & got things going over the phone & was patient in answering all our questions. We had terrible timing but Devinn & JP still processed our pre-approval on a Friday at close so we knew where we stood beforehand. Collin, our salesman, already had the car & paperwork ready when we arrived. He kept the process moving & took care of all the details, & gave us time for a test drive. Mario, the finance manager, is so personable & knowledgeable. Truly appreciate how pleasant & easy it was closing the deal w/ him. Everyone we dealt w/ were pros & experienced, they were great at explaining all the paperwork. We really didn’t want to travel out of town, but these guys were undoubtedly worth the trip.
