I came in with a 2015 Yukon XL that had some AC leak issues. They assured it me they’d find the problem and fix it making me feel very confident about the process. They offered me a ride home while I was waiting. I loved how informative the video of the inspection they made was. To hear it over the phone is one thing, but to actually see them pinpoint problems with video evidence made the process seem more thorough.

They identified the AC leak immediately and also identified an oil cooler and transmission cooler line leak. They called my warranty company and got them to pay for everything minus my deductible.They got all my work done within one day, and even offered me a ride to the dealership from home! Overall, superior performance from start to finish. These guys know what they’re doing! Made me feel comfortable and confident from the beginning to the end. I will definitely be returning for service and maintenance.

What a great truck buying experience! I live in CA and saw a truck online I liked. Messaged back & forth many times asking questions/needing more information and got all the answers. Wanted some better pics so Steven Gallo went out and took multiple videos for me and answered more questions as he was my eyes onsite. I made an offer that was accepted and we came to a deal with no hassles. I was going to have the truck shipped to me but the window was too short to coordinate this. Becky(finance) was super helpful and overnighted all the paperwork. Thank You FedEx as their over night became 48hrs later. I decided to fly into SLC and Steven picked me up in the truck so I could test drive while we went back to the dealership. Since FedEx dropped the ball, Becky was on point and had all new paperwork so we could complete the purchase in minimal time. Steven walked me thru the truck details and immediately took care of a few of my concerns to complete satisfaction. Very nice facilities and comfortable space to have a coffee or soda and take the stress out of truck buying. Highly recommend!
