5 Star Service and Sales!  I was shocked and blown away by the service and sales at Jerry Seiner.  I took my 2017 Yukon to get serviced and not only were they on time/nice and communicative, their technician took a video to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and made recommendations.  This really helped ease my fear that dealerships make things up to get you to pay more money for service.

What really sealed the deal for us in making Jerry Seiner GMC our go to for our next purchase is our sales rep Adrian.  We were already in the market for a new vehicle around the same time that we were getting our 2017 repaired.  I shopped around to many other dealerships and was forthcoming with Adrian.  Adrian was the ONLY dealer, literally the only dealer that didn't try to chum me up or do any hard sales or tactics or tell me to take the car home.  He was very patient with me as I made several visits over the course of a week.  When I finally decided on a vehicle he was very upfront on numbers meaning, once we were done negotiating I knew exactly every single fee, taxes and everything that would be presented during the financing signing.  I wasn't blind sided by anything.  He was awesome to work with and followed through on everything he said.  We will be in the market for another vehicle next spring and Adrian will be the one we go to first.

This is my first buying experience with Jerry Seiner GMC.  The experience end to end was amazing despite the fact that the dealership was dealing with a software outage that had key systems down or slow.

The on-lot truck inventory was very deep with tons of trims and options to choose from.  The sales representative (Louis) was more like a car buying consultant and was very proactive without pressuring.

The dealership honored the posted price on the website (which almost never happens) and helped me leverage all the available incentives (manufacturer rebates, loyalty cash, Costco membership, ++).

Both the finance and service managers are fantastic to work with, making the often dreaded mandatory paperwork effortless.  After making the decision to buy, I was signed and driving off the lot in less than 30 minutes.  Definitely recommend.

Update!!!

Bought it in April and got the LoJack System fixed in June. William -a manager at this location - was great and helpful. I had paid for this LoJack system as I was informed it came with the truck. They discovered they installed it wrong. Then we got it registered before I left. A bit of a struggle but now is all good.

Second review update:

Bought a 2016 GMC Sierra 3500. While the salesman was great, the rest of the experience was and is terrible. I left another review recently and was told that someone would reach out. It’s been over a week and no one has reached out. I stopped in at the dealership and I was told to give my information (after they asked who my salesman was, and I told them Luis but I’ve been down that road and he can’t help as he wasn't apart of the finance) and they would discuss it on Monday (It’s Saturday). At this point the LoJack system that came “standard” on the vehicle isn’t worth it and I should have money returned. I’m more than happy to keep it but give me my access that I paid for.

First review:

I found the truck we’ve been needing for our adventures and within the price range we could afford. Luis was very helpful in getting us the truck and knew quite a bit about the truck and its features.

The finance office that offers additional warranties and what nots have always been a sore spot in our experience. Sadly Jerry Seiner did not break that chain. I had to pay for the LoJack system that was installed prior. I did so and was promised to get the registration information for LoJack and all the papers that we signed in the office. I still have not gotten those.  I have called, texted, and emailed with just being traded off to someone else. I called tonight and again tossing around and then someone hung up the phone. I tried calling back and no one would answer.  This has been very frustrating.

He was so kind and so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were so impressed with how friendly and professional he was and we purchased a truck from him that day.  I will also be in the market for a new truck in the next few months and bc of the great experience we had working with Hunter, I will be back to purchase my truck from him as well.
