They were great in the service & parts dept! Initially, I was having a problem reaching them by phone but found out they were short staffed ( so be patient if they don't answer right away ) any way, Avery in service helped me out quite a bit, I had a bunch of stuff I needed done on my car & she actually told me there were 2 recalls on my car & that took care of part of the reason I had came in (score deal!) The gal over in parts was really nice & had great customer service as well. Avery did a great job of keeping me in the loop about my parts on order & also arranged to get me a ride while my car got worked on. The service manager Aaron, personally drove me home & picked me up when my car was done.
AND I wasn't expecting to get my car back til the next day but they finished the same day & out came Aaron back to my house to pick me up....KUDOS to the dealership for hiring great people & special thanks to Avery and Aaron in service, I feel you guys did a great job for me & I would be happy to recommend you to anyone. THANKS GUYS, LOVED THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! ????

want to give a huge shout out to Joe and his amazing customer service!! He IS a very patient and thoughtful and no pressure sales man which you don't see to many of these days. It took me 3 days in a row of coming back for me to decide to sign papers on the cx-9 I really wanted. He was patient with me as I never got the feeling he was put out by that. He had hospitality to help keep my kids entertained during this process.  I was able to think for as long as I wanted without being pushed or persuaded. Huge praises for this dealership!
