We were about to leave to go out of state for a family member's funeral service and noticed that our vehicle's trunk was jammed shut with all our luggage in it and would not open at all. It would not respond to the remote and could not be leveraged open. We stopped into Jim Barnard Chevrolet without an appointment and Mike put his team on it and they figured out how to access the release inside the truck by removing the seats. (Not a great engineering design) but they were quick and creative and just charged a very minimal fee. We were back on the road an made the service in time.
