I searched at many places for the perfect used car. Chris was the most helpful by far. He met all my needs and was extremely helpful and informative. He had the car I was interested in all ready to test drive. Everything he had in his lot looked quality and was clean and ready to go. When it came to processing paper work it was so smooth and easy! There wasn’t all these “added fees” like I experienced at other places. Chris handled everything even down to DMV procedures.
I prayed for this car searching process to go as smoothly as possible after loosing my car in a large car accident and Chris was my car angel! Could not be happier in my new car that drives like a dream?

I had a wonderful experience with Chris. I have been going crazy trying to find a good deal on a car since my accident over the summer. My crashed car was dying on me and then it eventually did so the need for a car definitely doubled. He was extremely helpful, honest, and gave me everything I needed to have my mechanic check the car. I got an amazing deal with very low mileage and I am in love with this car. It's my baby and my mechanic was even impressed with the quality of the car. Very happy customer!

Also, please remember to bring a mechanic to check your car. It doesn't matter what you might think of something, you need to have an unbiased opinion from a professional. Before I found this car, I checked out a ford SUV at another location. They kept telling me the car was in great shape, and it looked like it, but when my mechanic checked it, it barely had oil in the engine. If I would've relied on their word, I would've driven off with a lemon. Always get your car checked by a mechanic.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a used car during this really difficult time in the pandemic. I was looking for a car to gift to a family member and I was working from across the country trying to make this happen and I finally stumbled upon a car listing at JNB motors in Alhambra, California. Having bought several cars in the past, car buying is extremely stressful and costly... but with Chris's help from JNB motors, we not only sealed the deal in under a day but also got an amazing deal for a lightly used 10-year old car in almost mint condition which is practically impossible given the surge in used car prices. Chris was extremely professional, did not rush us with the car buying, calmly provided a detailed step by step process (even when we, the buyers, were trying to sloppily rush through to the purchase), and insisted to have everything in writing and have us review it to our satisfaction and was extremely responsive to calls, emails, and text, done all same day. Because we were doing this remotely he took pictures of the paperwork, scanned them in, and delivered it to me digitally and physically via FedEx in under a few days. Chris was also kind enough to arrange long distance delivery at a very reasonable price through a preferred delivery company which ultimately charged half the price of competitors, all of which is very stressful to navigate on your own especially during COVID times but made very easy because of his guidance and service. The car was also received sparkling clean inside and outside as well! We are so happy with our purchase and very impressed with the service at this car lot!
