Only two service experiences so far, but they have been excellent. I bought a used Matrix elsewhere and had a tech at this dealership test drive and go over it. The tech, named Alex, was fantastic - friendly, down to earth, super knowledgeable/helpful and frequently told me that I didn't need things that he could easily have upsold me on. He almost immediately pinpointed what was causing my extra noise while driving (front wheel bearing). I came back today for the wheel bearing work which completely eliminated the noise. I usually find that dealerships charge a premium over independent places, but I did get quotes from several other mechanics for the wheel bearing replacement and they were all $100-200 over what I got charged here.

The only downside so far seems to be that it can take longer to get an appointment here compared to other places in town. I also haven't worked with other techs here so I can't speak to them over the long haul. However, my experiences so far were great! I will definitely be coming back.

These guys are fantastic. Professional and extremely friendly. They definitely earned my future business. Truthfully, this is the best place to take your BMW for service.

Just a guy

I personally have a 2017 Mini Cooper and deal directly with the BMW side of Joel Confer. Look there if you want a detailed review. However, same group of guys, same management and same high level service! I will always return to Joel Confer BMW/Toyota. I only wish I would’ve started coming here sooner. It would have saved me a lot of grief trying to save a buck out in town…Thank Joel Confer!!
