We had a great experience with Steve John. We traded in our 2011 corvette on a 2015. Steve went through the process on the phone . Since we were located in different states, We swapped pictures and info on the cars and negotiated a deal over the phone. We secured a loan and the deal went very smoothly. Shortly after we left the dealership in our new car we developed a problem. We called Steve and he immediately took control He brought the car back made the necessary repair and then offered us the choice of continuing with the deal or giving us our car back.
