Jason & Preston were very pleasant to work with. They were timely and prompt, plus they met my expectations and more for a car buying experience. Any issues, they were quick to resolve and my time at the dealership was well spent. We enjoyed the test drive and the walk around the dealership and speaking with service to see who'd be dealing with the car after buying. We also got a few deals in the midst of being there. Accounting was okay. Accounting is always a bit more tedious. But overall great experience. I look forward to returning for detail and tint. Everything went smoothly, we essentially worked out a deal over the phone. It was cool. Very up to date customer service. Loved this Honda experience it was better than my first. My service advisor had called in sick but they got me moved to another advisor pretty quickly. Greg was pleasant and easy to deal with. I do feel like the customer in front of me could've moved her car a lot faster so others could get through. The waiting area was pretty full and the TV options were limited. Luckily the service was completed fairly quickly. A few suggestions were made for additional service, i agreed to a couple of them, didn’t seem to add much time to estimate. My car was washed and waiting in the bay. Boxed in by other cars.

It’s been 3 months since I bought a brand new Honda Accord 2024 Ex-L. Luis is the go to sales representative. There are others  who  I felt there who didn’t think I was serious about buying a car from them. After that be wary about the finance department. They will try to add extra fees like ‘Lifetime-Oil’ without your consent. If it ever happens you can get it cancelled by contacting the person who did your finance and following up with Lithia. It would take around 2 months for the money to be credited partly because the dealership took forever to send the Cancelation Form to Lithia. After 2 weeks I noticed that the brand new car’s heat wont turn on. I took it back to the dealership and it took them couple of days to even find the issue, while I was stuck without a car. Austin was the person at service who was the point of contact and was very professional and respectful. So as a first time customer I had to deal with all three of their department and I could say you have to be wary of the Finance dept. You can easily negotiate a good deal and talk directly with Boss man. Overall there are dealerships much much worse so John Eagles is a safe bet.
