I am always hesitant to get service done on my vehicle. Being a single woman and having some past bad experiences has made me skeptical.   When I searched the best dealership options, I was pleased to see that Rick Hendrick had glowing ratings. Once I arrived, I was paired with Andrew Bible.  He was professional, understanding and addressed all my car concerns.  He was very fair and told me what was absolutely needed and what could wait. I scheduled my appt online and was very happy on how quick they finished considering all the services that were completed. I had a chance to speak to the manager, David and let him know how I enjoyed my experience so far. My car has run very smoothly since my service. I also truly enjoyed the service video of my car when they assessed it for service. Although I had to travel 30 minutes, I will continue to go back as I felt a very trustworthy and professional atmosphere. Excellent service experience!
