I have been looking for a 4x4 camping vehicle. I didn't want new, as I am hauling 4 dogs. One is a large, drooly hound. The Jeep Renegade came recommended. This Altitude popped up on my daily CarGurus search. Right price. Right engine. I wanted either a 2.4L or the 1.4 with a stick. This  one has the 2.4L.

Chris responded to my query. Was kind and accommodating. Made a test drive easy as pie. I was resistant to their offer of financing as I had pre-approval from my bank. They walked me through it without pushing. Saved me almost 2% on the loan.

The car was beautifully detailed. The engine had been cleaned. Then I drove it home in a storm. :(

Advice - take the 3 year warranty. I didn't. Then I woke up in the middle of the night to kick my own butt. It's a super value. Even the most well maintained cars break something.

After going to multiple dealerships I not only found the best deal, but also found the best service with the staff at this dealership. Comfortable clean waiting room with tv to make time pass by quicker as you wait for vehicle.  They even offer you coffee and snacks.  Very impressed!  Quick service, they ended up taking care of our issues in ONE visit. It was easy to schedule. staff and technician was super friendly.

Guys are very pleasant knowledgeable and tolme about my Mitsubishi Recalls. I am felt that the Service Technician and the Mechanic really cared about the care and maintenance of my car. The place is a little tiny if more than a few people are waiting other then that the service personnel made the all OK with the speed the attention and detail to which I was explained the process or repairs being done.
