I am so impressed with this dealership!  I had just finished taking my friend to a doctors appointment and noticed a very low tire sensor light alarm.  Given that I live about 30 miles away, I drove into their express lane and without hesitation, service advisor said not to worry they would check tire.   Tire was indeed going flat so within minutes spare tire was put on and we were safely on our way. All service was complimentary!    Many thanks to Katelyn and all others who made this possible.  I highly recommend this dealership!

Prior to coming to JTs Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Columbia I was always skeptical about automotive repair shops and dealerships. Once I started my process at JTs I learned that all automotive dealers and services are not the same thanks to Mr. Chris Rodrigues. From the beginning he was very professional, polite, thorough, consistent and very knowledgeable. He just didn’t make me feel like I was valued he guided me through the process and made me feel important. I have never been treated like this before especially from a young professional like Chis.
