Doug at Karl’s is phenomenal! My husband and two kids under 3 broke down right outside Stuart. It was a Honda and not their specific brand they deal with mainly. It was a Saturday and they are only open until noon. And we live in Sioux Falls, SD. Doug made our hard situation so much better! He figured out what was all wrong, able to squeeze us in, and had someone bring them the part. They really saved us and worked overtime on a Saturday to get us back home. We are so grateful!
