I was unable to find a Suburban equipped like I wanted. Brent Herbrand helped put in a custom order. The estimated delivery time was 6 to 12 weeks. I was pleased that my new bus was ready for pick up in just over 7 weeks.
Everything was perfect from the color, the wheels and accessories.
Brent also spent considerable time setting up infotainment options and teaching me the features of the vehicle settings and options.

Service was quick and they kept me updated every step of the way. I was offered a loaner car and refreshments, however I stayed at the dealership and everybody I talked to was nice. My problem was identified and fixed in a timely matter and cost about what they said it would. Since then, my car’s issue has not come back up. My family always goes to Kayser for vehicles and service on them and it’s going to be that way for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend.
